As permitted by Utah Code section 31A-22-305, the city elects not to provide uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage for city-owned vehicles, as employees operating city owned vehicles in the course of business are covered by the city’s workers’ compensation program. (Ord. 2004-11-004, 11-4-2004)
