A. Described: The seal provided and used, by and for the city, is described as follows: circular in form, one and eleven-sixteenths inches (1 11/16") in diameter and the inscription “Official Seal” on top, “State of Utah” on the bottom with a row of dashes in between, shall all be located in the outer circle and “City of St. George, EST. 1862” shall be in the center. The seal is to be used with a royal blue ink or as an embossed stamp. This seal is hereby declared to be the corporate seal of the city.
