10-10-3: AREA AND SETBACK REQUIREMENTS:

A. The minimum lot area and setbacks are as follows:

B. When abutting a residential zone, or in the C-RM zone when the use is residential, there shall be a minimum setback of ten feet (10') with an additional setback for buildings or structures over fifteen feet (15') in height based on a one-to-one (1:1) ratio; each additional foot in height requires an additional one-foot (1') setback from the property line.
