These provisions in sections 10-8D-1 through 10-8D-3 apply to sections 10-8D-5 through 10-8D-8, unless a specific provision in sections 10-8D-5 through 10-8D-8 replaces and supersedes the one that is more general and broader in scope. (Ord. 2019-10-002, 10-10-2019)
