A. Required: All businesses under this chapter shall be subject to the bonding requirements as described in section 3-1-14 of this title.

B. Objection: In the event an applicant or licensee for whom a bond is required because of any of the classifications referred to herein shall object to the size of such bond, the applicant or licensee may request a hearing before the city council as to the amount of bond set by the business license officer in like manner as set forth in section 3-2-1 of this chapter, and the city council shall either approve the bond as set by the business license officer or reconsider the amount of the bond required.
