The licensing officer shall maintain and make available for public inspection a copy or record of every completed application received and the certificate or written denial issued by the city. The applicant’s BCI background check shall remain a confidential, protected, private record not available for public inspection. The licensing officer may furnish to the head of the city’s law enforcement agency a listing of all applicants, those denied, and those issued a certificate. (Ord. 2006-09-003, 9-7-2006)
