This section is included in your selections.
Any person engaged in the business of a pawnbroker, swap meet operator, secondhand dealer, antique dealer, precious metals/gem dealer, or numismatic dealer, as those terms are defined in section 3-2D-2 of this article, shall obtain a license upon the conditions contained in this article and specifying the category applicable.
