The fee required by subsection 3-1-7B1 of this title, shall apply to each category for which a license is obtained unless, in the opinion of the chief of police, the business becomes an enforcement problem, as defined in section 3-2D-5 of this article, in which event licensee shall pay a weekly license fee in such amount as established by resolution of the city council for each type of license held under this article for so long as the license officer is advised by the chief of police that the business continues to be an enforcement problem.
