A. Information Required: Applicant shall provide all information required by subsection 3-1-4E of this title.
B. Location Of Devices Specified: The owner shall provide the license officer with the location of all amusement devices operated by him in the city and keep the list updated from time to time as may be necessary. (2003 Code)
