The following words and phrases used in this article shall have the following meaning unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:
CHRISTMAS TREE: A cut tree, usually fir or evergreen, but including any tree sold to be decorated and used as part of the Christmas commemoration and celebration.
CHRISTMAS TREE BUSINESS: To sell, offer to sell or display for sale Christmas trees, to the public, for profit. Each location at which Christmas trees are sold, offered or displayed for sale shall be considered a separate business. (2003 Code)
