The for-hire vehicle driver’s permit shall be in such form as to contain the photograph and signature of the driver. It shall be unlawful to deface, remove or obliterate any official entry made upon the for-hire vehicle driver’s permit. (Ord. 2016-07-002, 7-7-2016)
