A. Applications shall be referred to the chief of police, or his or her designee, for approval or denial.

B. The chief of police, or his or her designee, only shall deny an application if the applicant has been convicted of any misdemeanor involving theft or any felony. (Ord. 2002-1-002, 1-3-2002)
