3-2R-1: APPLICABILITY:
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of retailing and selling any beverage or food product for human consumption from a temporary, portable or mobile unit without first obtaining, in addition to a city business license, a food service sanitation certificate from the state and complying with the conditions of this article.
