A. To qualify for rotation, a tow truck service shall comply with all requirements of this article and other ordinances of the city.

B. The police department has the authority to promulgate all rules and regulations operating a rotation system.

C. The rotation system shall be followed, unless a valid contract has been issued by the city. (Ord. 2002-1-003, 1-3-2002)
