A. An alcohol license is required by any person who is required to have a state alcohol license under the Act. The alcohol license is in addition to a business license under chapter 1 of this title, “General License Provisions.”

B. Separate License Each Location And Type: Any license issued under this chapter shall be to sell alcoholic product or otherwise conduct permitted activities only at the specific place and in the specific manner provided by such license. A separate license shall be obtained for each type of alcohol activity and for each different location for which the applicant desires to carry on activities regulated by this chapter.
