No license shall be issued to any applicant who is in arrears in the payment to the city for any business license fees, or who is otherwise indebted to the city. Failure to pay business license fees or other charges assessed by the city when due shall be a basis for suspension or revocation of any license issued hereunder. (Ord. 2016-10-008, 10-27-2016; amd.
