A. It is unlawful for a person who owns, possesses, controls, or is in charge of property to keep, store, or allow solid waste, deleterious objects, or similar materials to remain on the property unless inside of an approved container or in compliance with a lawfully situated and licensed business.

B. It is unlawful for a person who owns, possesses, controls, or is in charge of property to keep, store, or allow any personal property, equipment, materials, products, tools, sinks, toilets, cabinets, household fixtures, household items, goods, products, wares, lumber, construction materials, machinery components, equipment, appliances, furniture not designed and intended for exterior use, or any similar object that is not clearly intended for outdoor use, to be on property that is visible from an area open to the public, such as a sidewalk, alley, or street, or from an adjoining property.

C. These restrictions do not apply to a licensed business located in a zone where the city allows the business to store outdoors the materials described in this section. Such businesses include but are not limited to junk and salvage yards. (Ord. 2020-02-006 § 2 (Att.), 2-6-2020)
