Every nuisance shall be removed or abated as herein provided, and unless otherwise provided, any person who shall be the author or keeper of a nuisance or otherwise guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
