4-4-6: MANDATORY USE OF CONTAINERS; EXCEPTIONS:
This section is included in your selections.
Each residence within the incorporated areas of the city shall be required to utilize a residential solid waste container and a residential recycling container, except when otherwise required by the district, or when in:
A. Condominium or townhome developments already utilizing dumpsters as a means of solid waste collection as of October 27, 1999; or
B. Condominium or townhome developments utilizing individual automated or semiautomated containers as a means of collection of solid waste as of October 27, 1999; or
C. Condominium or townhome developments established after October 27, 1999, where use of dumpsters as a means of solid waste collection has been preapproved by the district and the city. (Ord. 2020-04-006 § 2, 4-16-2020)
