A. Fees Established: Fees for collection of residential solid waste and residential recyclable materials shall be established by resolution or ordinance of the city council.

B. Monthly Billing; Discontinuance Of Service: Billing for residential solid waste and residential recyclable materials collection and disposal service shall be included in any monthly unified billing for utility services supplied by the city. Failure to pay or have paid the charges for solid waste and recyclable materials collection and disposal services or other utility services supplied by the city on the unified billing, may result in the discontinuance of the provision of utility services, including the collection and disposal of residential solid waste and recyclable materials to the premises. Discontinuance of a service or services shall be in addition to any other remedy available to the city. (Ord. 2015-08-009, 8-6-2015)
