“Oleander plant” is defined as a toxic plant that grows as a shrub or sometimes a small tree, with leaves that are lance shaped, thick and leathery, and typically between eight (8) and ten inches (10") long. The plant displays flowers that can be white or any shade of pink or red. The plant contains poisons that are lethally dangerous to animals and humans. (Ord. 2006-09-001, 9-7-2006)
