A. Avoiding Traffic Regulation: It shall be unlawful for the driver of a vehicle, with the purpose and intent of avoiding obedience of any traffic control device, to:

1. Drive through any private driveway or across any private property, whether vacant or occupied; or

2. Drive across any public property not intended or marked for use as a public street.

B. Harass Or Annoy: The driver of a vehicle shall not drive through any private driveway or across private property for the purpose and with the intent of harassing or annoying the private property owner or the owner’s patrons.

1. Prima Facie Evidence: It shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this section if a person drives a motor vehicle, without stopping, upon or through any such private driveway, lot, or similar area, for any purpose. (Ord. 2009-04-002, 4-2-2009)
