A. Property Owned By Washington County School District: All streets, roadways, alleys, and parking lots on property owned or controlled by the Washington County school district are “streets” or “highways” as these terms are used in title 41, chapter 6a, Utah traffic code as adopted by section 6-1-1 of this chapter.

B. Penalty: A violation of this section shall be the same level offense as specified in title 41, chapter 6a, Utah traffic code and carry the same minimum and maximum penalties as the offense in said title; upon conviction, a person is subject to the same fine, for said offense, as provided in the uniform fine and bail forfeiture schedule for the state of Utah.
