A. Greasing, repairing or servicing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency;

B. Selling foodstuffs or any other merchandise;

C. Camping in, or occupying as, a temporary sleeping area in or on any vehicle or temporary structure, including but not limited to tents, vans, pick-up campers, travel trailers, fifth wheels or motorhomes on any city property, except at a campground approved by the city, and except where authorized by lawful signage, including but not limited to city streets, parks, improved or unimproved city lots, or city facility parking lots, at any time. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the issuance of a special event permit as authorized and in accordance with section 3-10-1 et seq. (Ord. 2003-01-011, 1-23-2003; amd. Ord. 2023-021, 10-5-2023)
