A. On any private or public street or alley where the width of the roadway is less than twenty feet (20');

B. On the south or east side of any private or public street or alley where the width of the roadway is over twenty feet (20'), but less than thirty feet (30'), unless otherwise directed by traffic control devices;

C. Upon any private driveway within a central traffic district where the width of the driveway is less than twenty feet (20'). (Ord. 12-3-91, 12-19-1991)
