6-5-1: DEFINITIONS:
This section is included in your selections.
As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
DIRECT SUPERVISION: Shall have the same meaning as Utah Code Annotated section 41-6a-102(11) or its successor.
MOTORIZED MOBILITY DEVICE: Shall have the same meanings as Utah Code Annotated section 41-6a-102(44) or its successor.
PEDESTRIAN: Shall have the same meaning as Utah Code Annotated section 41-6a-102(41) or its successor.
PEDESTRIAN VEHICLE: Shall have the same meaning as Utah Code Annotated section 41-6a-1011(1)(a) or its successor. (Ord. 2005-05-004, 5-19-2005)
