7-1-9: USE OF STREETS:
This section is included in your selections.
A. Business Purposes: It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in or carry on any business on any street or sidewalk or from any vehicle, stand or structure located upon the streets or sidewalks of the city, except upon permission from the city council. (1962 Code § 9-1-14)
B. Display Purposes: It shall be unlawful for any person to use any part of the streets or sidewalks within the city for the purpose of displaying any goods, wares or merchandise for sale or for displaying signs, billboards or advertising displays. (1962 Code § 9-1-15; amd. 2003 Code)
