Any person violating any provision in this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1. Each violation shall be a separate offense. After the second conviction for the same offense, the violation shall be a Class C misdemeanor. (Ord. 2017-04-002, 4-6-2017)
