At the time a burial right is sold by the city, the city shall charge a reasonable fee, as established by the city council on the city’s duly enacted fee schedule, to cover perpetual care of the burial lot, which is nonrefundable. The fee shall not exceed the amount anticipated by the city to cover the projected cost of maintenance necessitated by natural growth and ordinary wear and tear. (Ord. 2000-05-002, 5-4-2000; amd.
