In order to assure an aesthetic appearance and harmonious design of airport improvements, new construction and remodeling or repainting of existing structures shall: (A) use earth tone or similarly subdued shades of paint; and (B) construction on the airport shall have design and coloration reviewed and approved by the airport manager in order to assure compatibility with the approved building development standards.
