In addition to compliance with those regulations set forth herein and regulations of the state division of aeronautics, and with the FAA, the city council may adopt such Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities at the airport as it may deem necessary from time to time to carry out the purposes of this chapter and serve the best interests of the city. Such standards shall be made available to all members of the public, both at the city recorder’s office and at the office of the airport manager. Failure to comply with such standards shall be considered a violation of this chapter, and the airport manager may deny the use and privileges of the airport to any such violator, subject to the appeal rights contained in section 7-6-13B.
