A. Authorized: The owner of an aircraft located on the airport is permitted to fuel, wash, repair, paint and otherwise maintain his own aircraft, provided there is no attempt to perform such services for others; and further provided, that such right is conditioned upon compliance with this chapter and any additional rules, policies or regulations promulgated hereunder for the safety and preservation of airport facilities and protection of the public interest.

B. Permit Required: The owner of an aircraft located on the airport who desires to fuel his or her own aircraft must apply for and receive a “noncommercial fuel dispensing/handling permit” from the airport manager, and storage of such fuel shall be in an authorized fuel storage area.
