The city of St. George water department shall keep records of cross connection hazards and the condition of backflow prevention devices or assemblies, including those records required by state and federal agencies. It shall provide the tags required by this chapter, upon request by certified backflow technicians. (Ord. 2006-10-003, 10-19-2006)
