In addition to any penalty provided herein, any violation of this chapter shall be a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense, and each day a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2006-10-003, 10-19-2006)
