Nonconforming signs shall be required to comply with the requirements of this chapter when any change, other than normal maintenance, is made to the sign. Painting or similar sign repair shall be considered normal maintenance; provided, that the sign content remains basically unchanged. Compliance with current setback requirements may be waived by the sign review board when the board determines that relocating an existing sign is not practical. (Ord. 2015-09-001, 9-3-2015)
