A. Adopted: The International Mechanical Code, including appendix chapters, as published by the International Code Council, which is on file in the office of city recorder, is hereby adopted as the code of the city for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of mechanical systems the city and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such International Mechanical Code, published by the International Code Council, on file in the office of the city recorder, and as adopted and amended by the state, together with amendments thereto in the future made by the state, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section.

B. Revisions: The following sections are hereby revised:

Section 101.1. Insert: City of St. George.

Section 106.5.2. Fee schedule deleted.

Section 106.5.3. Fee refunds deleted.

Section 108.4. Insert: Class B misdemeanor. Insert: one thousand. Insert: six months.
