A. Adopted: The International Fire Code, including appendix chapters A through F, as published by the International Code Council, which is on file in the office of the city recorder, is hereby adopted as the code of the city for regulating and governing the safeguarding of life and property from fire and explosion hazards arising from the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices, and from conditions hazardous to life or property in the occupancy of buildings and premises in the city, and providing for the issuance of permits for hazardous uses or operations; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the International Fire Code, published by the International Code Council, and as adopted and amended by the state, together with amendments thereto in the future made by the state, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section.

B. Revisions: The following sections are hereby revised:

Section 101.1. Insert: City of St. George.

Section 109.4. Insert: Class B misdemeanor, $1,000.00, one year.
