A. City-owned real or personal property which is not in public use may be declared surplus property.

B. Approval By City Council: The city council shall determine whether property is in the public use or surplus prior to any sale or disposition of the property.

C. Disposal Of Surplus Property: Any surplus property may be disposed of by the city. The city council may delegate the authority to dispose of surplus property to the city manager after the determination of surplus is made. (Ord. 2022-12-007, 12-15-2022)
