The zoning enforcement officer, business license officer, or their designee, may at all reasonable times enter the residence for which a home occupation business license has been issued to ascertain compliance with this chapter. They may also inspect such residence prior to the issuance of a home occupation business license. Refusal by the owner or occupant of the residence to allow such inspection, when requested, shall be grounds for denial or revocation of a home occupation business license.
