It is unlawful for a person to operate or cause to be operated a sexually oriented business, regardless of whether or not a permit has been issued for such business under this chapter, and knowingly or with reasonable cause to know, permit, suffer or allow:

A. Admittance of a person under eighteen (18) years of age to the business premises unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian;

B. A person under eighteen (18) years of age to remain at the business premises unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian;

C. A person under eighteen (18) years of age to purchase goods or services at the business premises without the specific consent of a parent or legal guardian; or

D. A person under eighteen (18) years of age to work at the business premises as an employee or independent contractor. (Ord. 11-5-1999, 11-18-1999)
