A. Sanitation In And Around Vehicles: It is unlawful to permit wastewater or material from sinks, showers, holding tanks, or other fixtures in camp cars, campers, or trailers to be deposited on any street, alley, auto court, trailer park, public camp or upon any lot or property within the corporate limits of the city. All such waste shall run into the city’s sewer system and not into the city’s stormwater system.

B. All Night Camping: No person shall park and occupy a camp car, camper, camp trailer type of vehicle, recreational vehicle, or motorhome upon any street or other public place in the city, except where authorized by lawful signage, for a period of time longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of any day; provided, that the mayor or city manager or their designee, in any emergency, or to facilitate cleaning, or repairing the streets or rendering of any other public service, may further restrict or prohibit parking.

C. Residential Camping: No person shall occupy for habitation, dwelling, camping, or lodging, a camp car, camper, camp trailer type of vehicle, recreational vehicle, or motorhome upon any residential lot where such use is not authorized pursuant to section 10-7B-1.

D. Violation – Penalty: A violation of subsection A or B of this section by any person shall be a class B misdemeanor, and violation of subsection C of this section by any person shall be a class C misdemeanor, and upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1.
