JUNK PERSONAL PROPERTY: Personal property that is refuse or waste, is valueless, is not being used for the originally intended manufactured use of the personal property, is not being used for any beneficial purpose under a reasonable person’s standard, is in a dilapidated condition, is in a state of disrepair, is not capable of being used for its original purpose or constitutes litter or garbage or trash or rubble.

PUBLIC PARK: City owned property held for parks or recreational activities, including, but not limited to, a groomed park, playground, golf course, paved and unpaved trails and paths, swimming pool, reservoir, athletic field, basketball or tennis courts, pedestrian or bicycle paths, open space, wilderness areas, or similar public land within the city which is under the control, operation or management of the city, including the adjoining parking lot. Public park does not include a public square.

PUBLIC SQUARE: Property owned and maintained by the city that has been designated as a public square and is open for public use as provided in this chapter. (Ord. 2017-04-002, 4-6-2017)
