Any appeal of a final decision or determination made by the building official relative to the application and interpretation of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings and applicable Utah state law, as adopted by section 9-6-1, shall be heard by the administrative hearing officer, appointed pursuant to title 1, chapter 15 of this code.
