A. Appointment: The dinosaur discovery site advisory board shall consist of five (5) members, one member of which shall be a member of the Dinosaur Ah!torium Foundation board. All members shall be appointed by the mayor with the approval of the city council. The board shall select a chairman and determine a meeting schedule.

B. Membership; Terms; Vacancies: The members of the dinosaur discovery site advisory board, appointed as provided above, shall serve for two (2) years on overlapping terms. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment for the unexpired portion of the term. (Ord. 2004-11-009, 11-18-2004)
