A. Recommending the mission, goals, objectives, short term plan, and long term plan related to the tracks and site.

B. Recommending policies and procedures for the operation of the site, including such things as admission fees and hours of operation.

C. Making budget recommendations.

D. Recommending a marketing plan, including design and content.

E. Making design and other recommendations for facilities as delegated by the city, based on space needed, available funding, cost effectiveness, and other relevant factors; and considering the possible need for additional buildings in the future.

F. Periodically reviewing the operations and financial viability of the site.

G. Recommending policies and procedures regarding agreements with other museums for the use and lending of tracks and other matters.

H. Any other task regarding the site as directed by the city council or the director of leisure services or designee of the director. (Ord. 2004-11-009, 11-18-2004)
