Meetings of the dinosaur discovery site advisory board shall be held at the city offices, or such other city facility as determined from time to time by the board. Notice of the date, time, and location of the meeting, along with the agenda, shall be given to the city recorder not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting.
