A license to operate a Christmas tree business shall be limited to operation in an area zoned commercial. A license to operate a Christmas tree business shall not be issued to any applicant who does not meet such other zoning requirements as may be applicable. The application shall be reviewed and approved by the planning and zoning department and city attorney’s office prior to issuance of a license. (2003 Code)
