Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the city may immediately discontinue water service to any property or number of properties without notice to the affected owners or consumers if the water services department determines that any violation of this chapter or other circumstances exist which may pose a significant health hazard. Such cessation of service shall continue until compliance is attained or the significant health hazard is removed. Nothing in this section shall prevent the city from seeking any remedy provided for under this chapter or other applicable law. (Ord. 2006-10-003, 10-19-2006)
