A. Adopted By Reference: That certain document entitled standard specifications for design and construction, July 2000, for the city, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the city recorder, is hereby adopted as the design and construction specifications for the city for the regulation and control of all design procedures and construction standards for public improvements in the city. At least three (3) copies of the ordinance hereby adopted by reference are on file in the office of the city recorder for use and examination by the public.

B. Penalty: Any person violating, causing or permitting violation of any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 1980-7-1, 8-13-1980; amd. 2003 Code)
